Privacy Policy

General

This tool is designed in a way that puts you in control of your data. There are a couple of manual steps involved to download and extract the data that we need to complete the analysis but this is for your protection.

Here is our privacy commitment to you:

• By using this tool, you only provide us the information that we need to determine what Instagram accounts are not following you back.
• There is no way for us to associate the information that you provide back to your Instagram profile.

What you provide

Here is the information that you provide:

• The followers.json file that contains the listing of Instragram accounts that follow you.
• The following.json file that contains the listing of Instragram accounts that you follow.
• An email address so that we can send you the results.

Because there is an ecommerce component to this system (to buy tokens), we also need to collect the basic information required to perform the credit card transaction processing. While this information is collected, it is never used, sold, or shared with a 3rd party.

Security

Security and the safety of your information is important. That is why we have chosen to leverage shopify.com as our e-commerce platform.

What we retain

We do retain the results of the completed analysis for technical support purposes only. As an example, if you purchased a token and there was a technical issue with the tool (or you didn't recieve the results for some reason), we want to be sure we can send you the results of the analysis.

The following information is retained in the analysis system:

• The list of Instragram accounts that are not following you back.
• The email address that you provide.
• The token number that was used to process the transaction.
• The data/time that the analysis was completed.

Order information is retained in the e-commerce (shopify.com) system.

Shopify protects personal data according to the requirements of the GDPR as it is transferred to the United States and Canada and stored. The Shopify system does provide the means to provide copies of retained customer information as well as a data erasure funtion. Please contact us if you would like more information on this.
